Holiday Closure and Shipping Information

Our Warehouse and Office Teams are going to take a well-earned break, and we will be closed for the festive period, starting 12 noon GMT 23rd December. We look forward to seeing you again on 5th January 2021.

Orders placed during this period will be fulfilled and shipped week commencing 5th January.

It will take our team a few days to catch up. Thank you for your patience while we work to ship all your orders.

If you do not receive a shipping update by 8th January, please get in touch with us by e-mailing consumersupport@2pure.co.uk with your Order Number.

All enquiries and cancellation requests will be handled when our teams return.

Cancellation requests will be handled as a priority before any order fulfilment takes place. If you wish to cancel your order, please email consumersupport@2pure.co.uk with the subject Order Cancellation and include your Order Number in the subject line.

Please be patient as it may take our Customer Support Team a few days to work through your messages.
