"I really like my 16oz. Grayl UltraPress. There is one thing that would make it perfect though. It needs some sort of cap strap or some kind of screw cap keeper. It's a design flaw that keeps a good product from being a GREAT product. Bonnie Smith Atlanta, GA"
"I bought this to replace the first gen twist on cap. It's heaviness is why I don't usually use it on trail, but now I need a virus filter as well. I'm grateful the parts are integrated with the first gen bottles. However, I went on Etsy to purchase a tethered cap for this. It's too easy lo lose with all the other parts. should be tethered like on the titanium version."

"Very strange that there is no tether for the cap! Loose your cap while out and about and you're in trouble. Here's a solution. . . . glue a very thin magnet to the top of the cap and another on the press platform. For Grayl to develop a new lid or a cap tether for the Ultrapress would be better, but this is an inexpensive solution in the meantime."
