60-Day Returns
We provide free return shipping on all grayl.co.uk orders placed within the United Kingdom. To be eligible for a hassle-free return, you must provide proof of purchase (your order number is sufficient).
We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not satisfied, you may return your purchase for replacement or refund within 60 days of purchase.
To initiate a return please drop an email to support@unicorn-inc.co with your order number.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refund (If Applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your banking provider, it may take some time before your refund us officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet and 10 working days have passed, please contact us at support@unicorn-inc.co.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for items purchased, only refunds. For a replacement item you should place a new order online and your return will be treated separately.
Purchased from Authorised Retailers
If you purchased from a GRAYL retailer, please return your items to the original place of purchase. If you purchase through Amazon, please use the return process through their site. If, for any reason, they are unwilling to accept your return, please contact us at support@unicorn-inc.co.
