Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders received Monday to Friday before 2pm (BST) are typically processed and shipped same day. 

Orders received Monday to Friday after 2pm (BST) will be processed the following business day. 

We do not ship on weekends on holidays. All domestic and international orders ship from our warehouse in Edinburgh, Scotland. 

Tracking Your Order

Check your email. You will receive emails regarding the status of your order at the address you entered during checkout. Tracking information is typically emailed within 24 hours after your order ships. 

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48) on all orders over £50.00. 
Orders received Monday to Friday before 2pm are processed and shipped same day. Once your package has been processed and shipped please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. 

Standard Shipping 

We offer £3.50 Royal Mail Tracked 48 service on all orders under £50.00. 
Orders received Monday to Friday before 2pm are processed and shipped same day. Once your package has been processed and shipped please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. 

Expedited Shipping

Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping service is available at checkout and charged at £5.00. We make every effort to prioritise the processing of Expedited orders. Orders received Monday to Friday before 2pm (BST) are typically processed and shipped same day. Orders received Monday to Friday after 2pm will be processed the following business day. 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are currently unable to fulfill orders to the Republic of Ireland. 
  • We do not delivery to BFPO or APO addresses. Please use an alternative shipping address. 
  • Orders placed on a public holiday will be shipped the next business day. If the delivery date falls on a public holiday the delivery will be made the following business day. 
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a return only the cost of the merchandise is eligible for a refund. 

International Shipping

We do not offer international delivery options. Please shop on grayl.com

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

We aim to ensure your order arrived in perfect condition but occasionally things do go wrong. If your order arrives with obvious damage to the packaging do not accept the goods from the courier.
