Best tasting water!
"I love my Grayl water bottle and filter. As an avid hiking, it’s indispensable. It’s easy to use and lasts a long time. I even tried it in nasty tap water with great tasting water as a result. It is a great product!"
OVERVIEW
Replacement purifier cartridges for the GeoPress are designed to last 350 cycles (65 gal. / 250L). Lifespan will decline when purifying water with high levels of silt, sediment or tannins. Cartridge press time increases towards the end of the cartridge lifespan; when press time reaches 25-30 seconds, the cartridge should be replaced. Cartridge continues to protect, even as press time increases. Compatible with One-Way Silicone Valve for electrolytes and drink-mixes.
A One-Way Drink Mix Valve prevents water from reversing direction and flowing back into the filter Cartridge. Allowing the use of electrolytes and drink mixes, a feature unavailable in any other drink-thru filter bottle.
Firmly grasp the Inner Press. Rotate the cartridge (lefty-loosey) until it separates from the Inner Press.
Firmly grasp the Inner Press. Insert cartridge into the bottom of the Inner Press.
Rotate cartridge (righty-tighty) until you feel it CLICK and LOCK INTO PLACE. If the cartridge is not locked, it can fall off during use.

"Took this on my last backpacking trip and it was so convenient. Filters water way faster and easier than my Sawyer Squeeze. I also like that it helps with heavy metals since Colorado has lots of old mines and I'm never sure what might be contaminating the streams. My only issue with it is it's bulky and heavy, but I'll still take it with me anyway because you can't beat the convenience."
"We originally bought the Grayl Geopress Purifier for our backpacking and camping trips. Lately, we've taken it on all our travels - whether in the US or out of the country. Having the Geopress saves us from having to buy expensive airport or hotel bottled waters. Wherever we go, we have access to good tasting, clean water! We decided to have an extra cartridge on hand since we've been using the purifier so much!"
"Looking forward to more adventures with my Grayl water bottle and filter. It works so well on backpacking trips and I love the white water bottle because you can easily see the water level."
"World travel is my passion. Reliable, clean drinking water is a must! My Grayl water bottle has been with me to 30 odd countries leaving no plastic bottle waste or stomach issues!"
"Love the titanium shell and cap a perfect combination with the filter"
"Finally had the funds & a Discount to try this out. . . The Sawyer Squeeze Filter & CNOC 2L/3L are my go to, for Price & water sustainability, where you need several Litres of water per Hour. . . So for day to day use, the Grayl System, is a good option, but can't replace the time a Sawyer saves!!! Get the Price of the Filter down to $10 & it would be more feasible!!!"
"Great concept and equally good water."
"Lock in and filter then drink. Use a few times first"
"I have used this filter for the Great Divide MBR New Mexico towards Banff. Initially I tested once in Scotland then used it for 8 days (8 gallons?) before the filter blocked too hard to continue using. Sales in th US kindly sent me two free replacement cartridges. I appreciate that gesture. I have used the first replacement cartridge for 11days (16 gallons) and already it takes 1min 20 seconds to press with as much body weight as I can use. Additionally now about 3/4 of the way down on the press I get a squirt of water in exactly the same spot inferring that the outer container has distorted due to water pressure. Honestly I think this is a poor design and needs a lot more development. Destined for land fill shortly in my opinion sorry. As a bonus at least I have not been ill so as a filter it works just way too slow and with no back flush hopeless."
