"Ordered a replacement lid for my TI Geopress, website said fits any Geopress but the lids they sell are not compatible with this model, asked Grayl support about replacement lid for TI model not got back to me? For such an expensive bottle looks like you cannot get any spares from Grayl? Over time the cap that screws down seems to damage the internal drinking spout leaves rough edging where you drink from."
"My new bottle arrived with a manufacturer defect in the lid. I sent an email and customer service responded within 12 hours and a new lid was on its way within 48. Fast response and resolution."

"Great idea but I had issue with fit. I currently own and rock the Grayl GeoPress Titanium in Olive Drab. The replacement cap in Black Camo does not fit. It appears that the replacement cap is a bit too large. Unfortunately I’ll need to return."
